Screenings held in St Johns Church, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 3JY.
We use a digital projector and watch the films on a 21ft wide screen, with high quality sound system.
St Johns is accessible, and has a hearing loop.
The winter season from October 2022 to March 2023 screens a selection of classic films on Wednesdays at 2.30pm fortnightly.
Film is FREE, recommended contribution to hall hire £5.00 (inc refreshments). No advanced booking.

16th November 2022 at 2.30pm – “Hobson’s Choice” (1954)
30th November 2022 at 2.30pm – “Holiday Inn” (1942)
11th January 2023 at 2.30pm – “Casablanca” (1943)
25th January 2023 at 2.30pm – “Kind Hearts & Coronets” (1949)
8th February 2023 at 2.30pm – “An Affair to Remember” (1957)
22nd February 2023 at 2.30pm – “The Malta Story” (1953)
8th March 2023 at 2.30pm – “South Pacific” (1958)
We plan to run another series starting in the Autumn of 2023.
Movie Matinee is delivered under the copywrite licence for St Johns with CCLI.
